Our Team

By leveraging technology and actionable insights, the Secchi team enables companies in manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, and construction to empower their people and drive real results.

As dedicated leaders at Secchi, Mike White, Rudy Nigl, and Ken DeBauche, are passionate about revolutionizing how companies manage their frontline teams.

Mike White is a Data-Driven Decision Maker, a passionate professional with over 20 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, labor efficiency, training, consulting, and turnover reduction. With a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Labor and Employment Relations,

Driven by the goal of championing performance management, purposeful vision, and developing teams, Mike founded Secchi.io, a software company that provides visibility of team performance, removes the barriers of administrative tasks, mitigates risk, increases productivity and positively impacts your bottom line. By tracking more than just discipline, Secchi provides visibility of team performance, removes the barriers of administrative tasks, and increases productivity.

Rudy is an experienced leader who transitioned from running a multi-million dollar business in the Construction Industry to helping lead Secchi.io. At his previous company, Rudy led a team of 60+ employees, supported over 250 customers, and found that strong performance management—grounded in trust and relationships—was key to their success.

That experience drives his work at Secchi.io, where Rudy helps HR professionals and frontline leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions. Rudy believes that meaningful relationships, clear communication, and a people-first mindset are just as important as the metrics we track. With Secchi, they bring visibility to team performance, reduce admin barriers, and help organizations boost productivity—by starting with the people behind the numbers.

Rudy Nigl

As Co-founder at Secchi, Ken leads with a deep belief that strong workplace cultures are built through consistent and measurable leadership: recognition, accountability, and meaningful conversations between leaders and their teams. He helps organizations reduce turnover, increase productivity, drive engagement, and build leadership capacity through Secchi’s software and services.

Prior to Secchi, Ken spent over a decade helping healthcare systems and service-based organizations achieve cultural transformation through technology and coaching. At Huron Consulting Group, he led SaaS and consulting sales focused on improving employee engagement, patient experience, and organizational culture. Before that, he led sales at MyRounding, a healthcare technology startup later acquired by Huron, and worked as a consultant at Incite Sales Consulting and Franklin Energy Services.

A former Division I football player and team captain for the University of Wisconsin with a brief stint in the NFL as a punter for the Green Bay Packers, Ken knows the value of coaching, consistency, discipline, and teamwork; principles that continue to guide his work today. Outside of his work at Secchi, you’ll find him coaching his kid’s sports teams, hunting, fishing, or playing mediocre tennis/paddle/pickleball/golf.
