Our founder, Mike White, brings 20 years of HR and facility management experience at Fortune 500 companies. Frustrated by the “nightmare” of disconnected spreadsheets and missed opportunities to engage hourly workers, Mike set out to create a better way. In 2021, in the heart of Milwaukee’s manufacturing sector, Secchi was born – combining modern technology with proven leadership practices to guide leaders and engage teams every day.
